We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women’s Imaging, Wound Care, and more. Our free standing outpatient clinic has over 10,000 sq. feet of Rehab Space. Five private treatment rooms, cardio and weight equipment to progress patients toward their goals. Position Summary:
Provide rehabilitative treatment and care to appropriate patients through complete and careful evaluation and assessment of patients and developing individualized treatment goals and plan of care. Maintain necessary documentation. Provides supervision for licensure for Physical Therapy Assistants.

Requirements

• At least a BS in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma required.
• BLS required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• First Aid certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience outpatient experience preferred.
• Recent graduates who have applied for the licensure examination may be considered for provisional appointment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to evaluate patients and establish an appropriate plan of care, adapting the plan of care to patient/caregiver needs and goals.
• Implements patient care in a knowledgeable and skillful manner, maintaining a high quality of work performance in all areas.
• Demonstrates the ability to provide the proper assistance, verbal cueing, etc. necessary for optimal performance.
• Demonstrates the ability to instruct patients and/or caregivers in treatment procedures, home programs, orthotics/prosthetics and special equipment using clear verbal and/or written instructions.
• Demonstrates knowledge and or experience in outpatient therapy and sport injuries.
