About The Position

To provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers including screenings, evaluations, assessments and treatment services in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Rhode Island Early Intervention Certification Standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a Board approved school of Physical Therapy.
  • Meet requirements for licensing by the RI Department of Health.
  • Minimum of one year experience working with infants and toddlers in natural environments.
  • Current RI driver’s license.
  • Current auto insurance.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Completion of Introduction to Early Intervention course.
  • Physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 20lbs.
  • Required to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers including screenings, evaluations, assessments and treatment services.
  • Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Participate in semi-annual and employee performance review process, including development and review of professional/program goals and objectives.
