About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is a growing practice seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their team. They are the pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™, providing 1:1 physical therapy services in communities to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. The role offers clinically-excellent autonomous interventions and the flexibility to create and control your treatment schedule. You will be part of an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
• Help abolish ageism.
• Drive rewarding patient outcomes.
• Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
• Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule.
• Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
