About The Position
This full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position places you at an established orthopedic practice in the Philadelphia suburbs, where you'll evaluate patients, build individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, giving you the clinical variety of orthopedic PT without sacrificing work-life balance. New graduates are welcome — mentorship and support are part of the package.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic PT experience preferred — but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate orthopedic patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions focused on functional outcomes and patient education
- Supervise and direct PTAs and therapy aides as part of an integrated care team
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans in response to clinical findings
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supported by modern clinical resources
