About The Position
The Springs at St. Andrews Village is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their in-house therapy team. This role offers local clinical leadership, a flexible Monday-Friday schedule based on patient needs, and full benefits available at 32 hours per week. The position involves working collaboratively with a rehab, nursing, and interdisciplinary team, with opportunities to mentor PTAs and therapy students. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. Requirements
- Hold an active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Thrive in a collaborative rehabilitation environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
- Collaborate with nursing, providers, and therapy colleagues
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Support safe discharge planning and patient education
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to positive clinical outcomes
