About The Position
This is a Physical Therapist opportunity in North Phoenix at Trailhead Physical Therapy, a physical therapist-owned outpatient practice. The clinic focuses on hands-on, evidence-based care including manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, blood flow restriction, and spinal manipulation. Patients receive thorough evaluations and individualized treatment plans. The practice emphasizes a supportive clinical culture where therapists are not pressured to rush visits or meet arbitrary productivity metrics. The role offers a chance to practice PT as trained, develop into a future clinic leader, and work with a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and neurological cases.
Requirements
- DPT from an accredited program
- Licensed in Arizona or eligible for licensure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative instinct
- Genuine interest in hands-on techniques and continuing education
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and specialty modalities
- Educate patients and families on their recovery, home programs, and injury prevention
- Track progress and adjust plans as patients progress
- Collaborate with your teammates on complex or challenging cases
- Maintain clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state and federal requirements using state of the art AI technology
