Collaborates with interdisciplinary and inter-departmental teams to achieve goals and objectives for the provision of optimal patient care services. Requirements
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license.
- Experience in evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment for a variety of diagnoses.
- Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary and inter-departmental teams.
- Skills in structured treatment, program implementation, documentation, and communication.
