About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Elk Grove, CA. This position is in an outpatient setting and focuses on improving patient mobility and function through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure safe and effective therapy sessions
- Support patient independence and functional outcomes
- Follow evidence-based rehabilitation practices
