Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Control over your caseload (10-40 visits/week)
• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 care (up to you!)
• Efficient documentation & scheduling systems designed to minimize time spent documenting
• Utilize an industry-leading outcomes data informed care model to get patients back to what’s important to them
