Physical Therapist 'Bucks/Montgomery County PA' 1-on-1 Care

Total Performance Physical TherapyHatfield Township, PA
$80,000 - $100,000Onsite

About The Position

Total Performance Physical Therapy is an independently owned outpatient practice with six clinics across the Philadelphia suburbs. We were built around the idea that patients should be treated like family, and the clinicians treating them should be free to do their actual job. Each clinic runs as a small, tight team, but with the benefit of a wider clinical brain trust across all six locations. Our PTs see 8-10 patients per day, one-on-one, for the full session. We do not use techs to run treatments, and there is no non-compete clause. A typical day involves seeing the same patients week over week, providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, coaching, and progression. We offer opportunities to specialize in Orthopedic/Manual Therapy, Sports & Performance, Pelvic Health, Vestibular/Neuro, or Aquatic Therapy, with mentorship and support to help you choose and develop your specialty. We do not have a minimum "years of experience" requirement, but we value clinicians who believe in a hands-on approach, prioritize patient recovery, are curious and collaborative, and treat patients with compassion.
