Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
  • Passion for vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a semi-autonomous outpatient environment
  • Able to carry out and progress skilled treatment plans with confidence
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-education skills

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of outpatient neuro or orthopedic experience, or vestibular rehab experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive new-patient evaluations and physical exams
  • Plan, prepare, and administer skilled PT treatment plans aligned with referrals, physician orders, and evidence-based standards
  • Measure, track, and document treatment effectiveness and patient progress
  • Educate patients and promote continuation of home exercise programs to support long-term health
  • Provide patient care within all guidelines of the Texas State Practice Act, Medicare, and all governing entities
  • Maintain efficient patient flow consistent with scheduled appointment times
  • Thoroughly document all clinical and administrative records, including daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
  • Follow company guidelines for accurate billing of clinical and non-clinical services
  • Support clinic mission, policies, standards, and goals
  • Participate in workshops and community education events as needed
