About The Position

Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. The role is offered full-time, part-time, or PRN and is open to new graduates. Clinicians develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. They work with a supportive team and leadership, build relationships with patients and local providers, and can pursue professional growth through Upstream education and development programs. Central support teams handle administrative work, and modern clinical technology is intended to reduce documentation time and allow clinicians to focus on patient care. Compensation is $50 to $60 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
