About The Position

At PYG Therapy, we are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed Physical Therapists to provide pediatric home health services across the state of Arizona. As a therapist-led company, we understand the realities of home health and have a dedicated team committed to building your caseload and supporting you every step of the way. Requirements

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT)
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in pediatric home health preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing direct physical therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
• Educating and coaching caregivers to support carryover of skills
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintaining communication regarding patient updates, progress, and concerns
