About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist position. This role is part of an in-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. The position offers a salary with 75% productivity benchmarks, no mandated group treatment, and specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, with some sessions eligible for CEUs. Therapists will have access to state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment and the opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans. The positive leadership philosophy provides therapists with opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. Due to our company being a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years. In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
