Home Health Physical Therapists (PT) provide personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing overall physical function. They are responsible for assessing patients' needs, designing tailored treatment plans, and conducting therapies to promote recovery and well-being within home settings. The agency offers dedicated in-house administrative support (HealthFlex Assist), extensive documentation services including quality assurance, transcription, and OASIS documentation assistance, and minimizes drive time by providing a territory radius of 5-10 miles. Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted CA PT License
  • 1 year PT experience
  • Current AHA CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
