About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being. ARC Physical Therapy+ is committed to helping patients recover quickly and get back to what they love to do. We have industry-leading physical, occupational, and hand therapy clinics in Kansas and Missouri. You will work alongside PT leaders who actually treat patients, with partner/owners in the clinic. You’ll get real-time mentorship and support from experienced clinicians. We offer manageable caseloads that prioritize quality care, with just 9–10 visits per day, giving you the time to focus on patient outcomes. We provide unlimited continuing education funding and a structured mentorship program through our IGNITE program, designed specifically for new grads to bridge the gap from school to confident, independent practice. Requirements

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state of Kansas license and CPR certification
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
  • Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
  • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
  • Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
  • Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
  • Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
  • Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports
