Key Rehab is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Liberal, Kansas, working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This position offers a weekend schedule and is divided between Home Health and SNF settings. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- Current PT license in the state of practice.
- Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate each patient.
- Create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
- Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
