We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality 1:1 care in a flexible, mobile outpatient setting. Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 care in patients’ homes.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy in a flexible, mobile setting.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Document patient care efficiently.
