About The Position

Our physical therapy center in East Indianapolis, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, aquatic therapy, dry needling and more! 1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Outpatient clinical experience if a new grad
Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a seaoned clinician
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
