About The Position

This role involves designing custom recovery paths for patients through initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into dynamic, evolving plans of care. The Physical Therapist will deliver hands-on therapy interventions, adapting their approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient. They will also empower families by partnering closely with them to ensure they are educated, involved, and confident in the patient's journey toward home. Additionally, the role includes serving as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
