About The Position
The Physical Therapist delivers clinical patient care by accurately evaluating patients, developing and progressing treatment plans, and managing a productive caseload. Sets and achieves functional goals, adjusts care as needed, and provides education to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Previous Physical Therapy Experience preferred, open to new grads!
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Valid State of Oklahoma Physical Therapist License
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care by evaluating patients, initiating and progressing treatment, and managing a productive caseload
- Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare providers; follow care path guidelines and document home programs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including same-day records and patient charges reflecting services and equipment used
- Sustain technical expertise through continuing education, in-services, and staying current with advancements
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings and in-services (≥90%)
- Follow operational guidelines; assist with daily responsibilities and scheduling/prioritization of workload
- Delegate tasks to support personnel as appropriate
- Support onboarding and training of new staff; assist with students, observers, and volunteers
- Collaborate with patients, internal/external customers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform non-routine procedures under general supervision in dynamic clinical settings
