About The Position

This PRN/Part-Time role offers 1:1 home care with total flexibility, allowing you to design your schedule and treat your way. You will have full clinical autonomy to create and execute your own treatment plans. Stern At Home Therapy is confident in filling your schedule with their Scheduling Assurance Plan, offering payment for up to 2 cancellations per month if they cannot be replaced. A dedicated admin team handles scheduling, documentation support, and coordination, so you can focus on patient care. Shadowing is available for those new to home care or seeking extra confidence.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active NY license
• Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience
• Ability to travel throughout Manhattan via public transit
• Strong communication and bedside manner
