Physical Therapist - Adult Inpatient Long‑Term Acute Care (LTAC) at Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock, TX. This role offers flexibility with per diem or on-call scheduling options. The position is onsite and requires commuting to Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock, TX. New and upcoming Physical Therapy Graduates are encouraged to apply, as the Long‑Term Acute Care environment provides a supportive setting, specialized training, and the opportunity to build strong clinical foundations. As a physical therapist, you will guide patients and families through assessment, goal-setting, and hands-on treatment to help them regain strength, mobility, and confidence. This includes crafting personalized goals and plans, selecting therapeutic techniques, educating patients and families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and upholding high standards of safety, ethics, and practice. You will guide patients through a paced inpatient rotation as they move toward recovery, serving as an essential partner in their rehabilitation journey. This role emphasizes constant growth, energizing teamwork, and the opportunity to make meaningful movement possible.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Texas Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
