About The Position

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is hiring Physical Therapists to join its rehabilitation team. The role works directly with patients as they rebuild strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater independence. Full-time and per diem opportunities are available in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment, with the opportunity to work closely with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Compensation is $54–$56 per hour for full-time PTs and $58–$60 per hour for per diem PTs, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Create individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with members of the interdisciplinary care team.
