About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists at all commitment levels — PRN, part-time, and full-time — to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes throughout the Bronx, NY. This role offers clinicians real autonomy, allowing them to set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and have a dedicated admin team handle logistics. The position is designed to fit the clinician's life, not the other way around.

Requirements

• Active PT license in New York (required).
• Strong communication and bedside manner.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred — not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across the Bronx.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy.
• Focus on the patient in front of you, while a dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination.
