About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care with minimal administrative work.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Deliver 1:1 patient care.
- Utilize Luna Auto-Charting for documentation.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize geofencing technology to match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
