About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing Early Intervention team in the Chambersburg, PA area! This is a perfectly flexible position, great for therapists with full-time jobs, school-based staff, parents, or anyone looking to make a change. We provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference. We offer flexible scheduling options, including Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as little as 2 hours/week with our PRN options. We offer flexible hourly compensation up to $75/hour, with negotiable rates. We also work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home, with cases available in Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Shippensburg, or Waynesboro, PA areas. You create your own schedule based on your and your client's availability. Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time and documentation time on your company-provided laptop.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania State PT License
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
• Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
