About The Position
Midland Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Occupational Medicine team in Midland, Texas. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions.
- Develop individualized plans of care designed to optimize patient outcomes and functional recovery.
- Perform evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with patients, physicians, employers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Participate in occupational medicine services, including training in DOT-regulated physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function testing, and fitness-for-duty assessments.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, workplace ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient care accurately utilizing the Raintree EMR platform.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Maintain a manageable caseload environment, typically averaging approximately 50 visits per week for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning, collaboration, and peer support.
