Physical Therapist - Workman Sports Complex
About The Position
HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital is seeking a patient-focused, mission-driven Physical Therapist to join its outpatient team at the Workman Sports Complex in Effingham, Illinois. The Physical Therapist is responsible for delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and for their own professional advancement. The role also includes other professional duties related to patient care, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week day-shift position. Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $37.71–$56.57 per hour; the successful candidate's actual rate will depend on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program (bachelor's, master's, or doctorate) that meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Certified in BLS or complete BLS certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- For Illinois, licensure is required within one year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements, in accordance with the Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies.
