As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Responsibilities

Design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and modalities (ultrasound, heat, ice).
Lead patients through exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility.
Keep track of patient progress, making sure they’re improving and adjusting the treatment plan if needed.
Teach patients the secrets of injury prevention, good posture, and how to move with confidence.
Collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure patients are receiving the best care possible.
