Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in Elko, NV. This role is within a Retirement Community setting and offers great pay, full benefits, and a supportive team. New graduates are welcome. The position is a direct hire/permanent placement with a respected healthcare provider known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. The facility provides the necessary tools and support for success, catering to both new graduates and experienced PTs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current NV License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
