About The Position
This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL keeps patient volume at 2 patients per hour, giving Physical Therapists the time to evaluate properly, treat with focus, and build real progress with each patient. This role is a strong fit for a PT who wants to work in outpatient orthopedics without feeling rushed from room to room all day.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related needs
- Build personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional limitations
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and mobility work
- Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as patients progress
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and movement strategies
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharges
- Work with PTAs and clinic staff to keep care consistent and organized
