As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state (North Carolina).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in specialties such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, Dry Needling.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Interest in pursuing further specialization.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in mentorship opportunities.
• Maintain autonomy and pursue growth in areas of passion and expertise.
• Deliver world-class care in physical therapy.
• Focus on individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Potentially mentor students and become a certified clinical instructor.
