Outpatient Physical Therapist
About The Position
PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our Wade Green clinic in Kennesaw, GA. The role focuses on helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and well-being through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment. PT Solutions offers an intimate care setting, an in-house residency-style program for specialty certification, opportunities for clinical skill development and upward mobility, and experience with specialty services like pelvic health, neuro care, sports medicine, dry needling, and cupping. The position also includes an "Elevated Earnings" performance-based incentive plan and a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
- Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.
