About The Position

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Sarasota. This role is ideal for someone who wants to provide thorough care without a high-volume schedule. You’ll work with patients on movement, strength, pain management, and return-to-function goals while building treatment plans that fit their specific needs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and treatment planning skills
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and determine appropriate treatment direction
• Develop care plans focused on function, mobility, strength, and recovery
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions
• Use exercise, manual therapy, and education to support patient progress
• Reassess goals and adjust treatment based on measurable improvement
• Work with the clinic team to support a positive patient experience
