PTSMC Windsor is looking for an outpatient Physical Therapist who’s committed to delivering exceptional care in a collaborative and uplifting environment. Requirements
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to apply)
- A genuine desire to help people live healthier, more active lives
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients
- Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals
- Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes
- Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources
- Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our “PT for Life” philosophy
