About The Position
A private outpatient physical therapy practice in Bonita Springs is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. This role is centered on helping patients move better, recover safely, and build strength over time through one-on-one care. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide sessions, and track progress in a setting that gives you the time to stay focused on quality care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Good clinical judgment and time management
- New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify mobility, pain, strength, and functional concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide one-on-one therapy using exercise, stretching, and manual techniques
- Reassess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Document visits, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately
