About The Position
A great healthcare facility located near Redding, California, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Home Health team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire position with a schedule of Monday – Friday in a Home Health setting. Requirements
- Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire
- Must have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have an Active California License to practice Physical Therapy
- Must have at least a year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
- Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
- Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.
