Physical Therapist (PT) - Prevea Outpatient
About The Position
HSHS and Prevea Health are actively seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our Prevea outpatient therapy team. We are especially interested in candidates with experience or a strong clinical interest in pelvic health, lymphedema, or neurological rehabilitation. New grads are welcomed to apply. The organization is a multi-institutional health care system serving communities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, with 13 hospitals and numerous community-based health centers and clinics. Requirements
- Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Work with patients in areas of pelvic health, lymphedema, or neurological rehabilitation.
