About The Position

HSHS and Prevea Health are actively seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our Prevea outpatient therapy team. We are especially interested in candidates with experience or a strong clinical interest in pelvic health, lymphedema, or neurological rehabilitation. New grads are welcomed to apply. The organization is a multi-institutional health care system serving communities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, with 13 hospitals and numerous community-based health centers and clinics. Requirements

  • Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
  • Work with patients in areas of pelvic health, lymphedema, or neurological rehabilitation.
  • Adhere to physical therapy philosophies and standards of care.
