We help promote job satisfaction in the home health setting through tailored scheduling and managing territories to ensure appropriate caseloads and a limited drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are all therapists. Pay range based on visit type. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
- Maintain a diverse caseload.
- Coordinate and communicate with support staff.
- Focus on patient care.
