About The Position

Therapeutic Associates Happy Valley Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a Physical Therapist to join our innovative team. As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means focused 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity goals, AI-supported charting to help shift more time back to patient interaction, strong con-ed support, and room to deepen or expand specialty areas. The clinic environment is brand-new, built from the ground up with the clinician experience in mind, featuring private treatment rooms, a large open gym with turf and rubber flooring, and various equipment. The team holds multiple certifications and actively shares knowledge through mentorship and collaborative discussions. The patient population primarily consists of active patients aged 14-50, with a focus on sports medicine, orthopedics, and concussion. The clinic runs one patient per clinician per hour, allowing for thorough care and relationship building. There is a career path to leadership with training and support to become a clinic leader and potentially a shareholder. The PT Cohort Program is a two-year initiative designed to connect, develop, and elevate physical therapists through collaborative learning, curated mentorship, and a personalized career roadmap. We offer industry-leading education benefits, including a continuing education stipend, PTO for continuing education, NAIOMT clinical coursework, manual therapy mentorship, MedBridge Learning subscription, a 1:1 mentorship program, and an Orthopedic Residency program. Additionally, we offer student loan repayment and other benefits to help employees thrive, such as PTO for community and philanthropic support, an Interactive Wellness Program, 401k, a profit-sharing program, comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, and more), and Professional Liability Insurance.
