About The Position
A facility near Tom's River, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team! Comprehensive benefits program and great team to be a part of! This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a day shift schedule. A signing bonus is available. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions to develop individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Provides evidence-based physical therapy interventions in an acute inpatient setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe mobility, discharge planning, and optimal patient outcomes. Documents patient progress, educates patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety strategies, and recommends appropriate assistive devices and post-acute care needs.
Requirements
- Physical therapist must have or be eligible for Physical therapist license in the state of NJ
- CPR required upon hire
