Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
  • Current PT license in the state of practice.
  • Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

  • Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
  • Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
  • Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
  • The position is divided between Home Health and SNF settings.
