Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Texas Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience working with a variety of patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient progress with physicians and care teams
- Assist with discharge planning and long-term rehabilitation goals
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of therapy equipment
