Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of home health therapy services for LHC Group, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. We understand the unique challenges of the home healthcare setting and are here to support you every step of the way. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, virtual educational series, and OCS prep collaborative. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Active or pending state occupational therapy license
- Comfort working independently in the home setting
- New Graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.
- Thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads.
- Limited drive time between visits as much as possible.
- Clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day-to-day challenges.
- Individualized support for your interests and professional growth.
- Collaboration with LHC Group colleagues for a comprehensive, team-based approach to care.
- Graduated independent caseload ramp-up with ride-a-longs.
- Documentation training to encourage confidence and efficiency.
