About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to care for a diverse patient population at Sussex Rehab. The role offers a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient management and for delivering, directing, and supervising care in an age-appropriate manner. Care must be consistent with the applicable state Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients and provide care in an age-appropriate manner.
- Deliver, direct, and supervise physical therapy care consistent with state law, professional ethics, and PAM Health policies and procedures.
