About The Position
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts in a rehabilitation/LTC setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs while developing individualized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
- LTC or Rehab experience required
- Massachusetts PT License required
- BLS Certification required
- New grads accepted with Level II clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care planning
- Ability to supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and/or students
- Strong documentation and communication skills required
