About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team. The position focuses on helping clients regain independence in their homes by providing assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing various therapeutic interventions. Requirements
- Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
- Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
- Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
- Document care using our intuitive EMR system
