About The Position
This is an outpatient physical therapy position. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct physical therapy services. The Physical Therapist will also monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all standards.
Requirements
- Active Arizona PT License.
- BLS Certification.

- Prior outpatient experience preferred.
