About The Position

New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) offers Physical Therapists a unique opportunity in the Springfield market to work in a physician-owned, outpatient orthopedic practice. This role involves direct collaboration with fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons in a coordinated care model focused on clinical quality and patient outcomes. The practice provides a consistent referral stream, allowing therapists to concentrate on delivering exceptional orthopedic care without the pressure of generating volume or navigating complex administrative layers. The position features a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend rotations, and a team-oriented environment that supports professional growth and work-life balance. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule

Nice To Haves

• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship and clinical support are available.

Responsibilities
